2. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Google Pay & Apple Pay.
We will offer PayPal, BNPL & Shop Pay options in the near future.
3. HOW DO I JOIN THE AMBASSADOR TEAM?

You must be highly active in the rave scene and on socials. You will get free rave gear to promote and the opportunity for paid posts!
4. WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We are based in Woollahra, NSW, Australia.
5. DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE FOR PICKUP?
No, we don’t. No pickups, all orders must be placed online.
6. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED OUT?
We dispatch orders every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Same day dispatch before 1PM.
7. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Standard shipping takes 2-7 business days depending on your location
Express shipping takes 1-3 business days depending on your location
8. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
9. DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes! Free shipping on orders over $80
10. WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return unwanted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@euphorium.au if you wish to do so.
11. I RECEIVED THE WRONG OR FAULTY ITEM
Oh no! Contact us at info@euphorium.au with your order number and a photo of the issue - we’ll fix it fast.
12. WILL YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?
Some styles are limited edition, but others may be restocked. Follow us on Instagram @euphorium.au or sign up for “notify me” alerts on the product page! You can also sign up to our newsletter for major restocks, product launches and sales.
