Refund & Returns Policy

Refunds & Exchanges

Customers who have received product(s) incorrectly or with a manufacturing fault are entitled to a replacement or a full refund and free return delivery.

Returns

You may return any full price item within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund. Please notify us by info@euphoriumstore.com.au if you wish to do so. You will need to cover the cost of return delivery.

Condition of Return

All product(s) must be returned:

  1. In their original condition
  2. Unworn and unwashed
  3. With all original tags still attached/ in original packaging

Assessing the Return

Products that are returned to Euphorium will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. Unreturnable items and/or items that do not satisfy the Conditions of Return will not be accepted and the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Refunds and Processing

Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your return. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to reach your account.
